Martian Dusk
30mm Death Save d20

Martian Dusk
30mm Death Save d20

Note: This is a grouped listing for the 2 "Martian Dusk" Death Save d20s I have available. You will get a random one from the pair.

Want to add extra impact to your Death Saves? Numbers on the d20 not fully conveying the seriousness of the situation, as your character's life hangs in the balance?
Then this oversized Death Save d20 is exactly what you need. Coming at around 30mm from face to face, this die has symbols where the numbers would usually be, and follow the D&D 5e rules for death saving throws: The 1 (2 fails) has been replaced by a skull with crossed bones. The 20 (wake up with 1hp) is the potion bottle. 2-9 (1 fail) are the crossed bones, and 10-19 (1 success) are the little hearts.

The design of the symbols, as well as the master itself were made in-house. As I'm still working on perfecting the master itself, this does mean that it comes with a bit more quirks than my usual dice (see note in flaws section). All current Death Save d20s are offered at a discounted price, to take their "early run" status into account.

Note: If you're a dicemaker and wish to make death save d20s as well, I've made a version of my Death Save master available here, for free, on Wuerfel Schmied's printables page, so you can download the file and print your own master if you'd like.

Description

Copper flakes in a base of sparkly, shimmery clear resin, with clouds of dark golden bronze dust. Inked in a metallic russet.

This design is a delight to look at in the sunlight, as its depths are then free to shine. One of my all-time favourite designs, pictures have a hard time doing it justice, as it is best seen in motion.

Please keep in mind that all my dice are completely handmade. They can and will come with some quirks, such as surface or paint imperfections, rounded, rough, or uneven edges, small dips and divots, concave patches, small surface or internal bubbles, microscratches, etc. This does not make them any less playable, or any less beautiful. You'll find a list of the most noticable quirks below.

Important note: Due to the master being made entirely in-house, and this being from an early run of this design, there are some flaws that come from the master itself. It still presents a slight elongation, and some support marks are present in the recessed borders. It's something I'm working to change for future runs, and this flaw has been taken into account in pricing all my current Death Save d20s.

Overall: Usual marks on and around "1" (skull) face.

Due to the materials used, the dice may yellow and show signs of discoloration over time. This process will be accelerated by UV light, so limiting exposure to direct sunlight is preferable. Do not expose to extreme or direct heat. To clean, wipe with a microfiber cloth. Small and sharp parts. Keep away from pets and small children. Choking hazard. Buyer is responsible for any additional taxes and fees, such as customs, etc. Once parcels leave my possession and enter the postal system, I am no longer responsible for them should they get damaged or lost. However, please contact me if there's an issue.
